Professional Development Plan
Self-reflection
As a prospective educator, I have learned a great deal that I plan to implement into my future classroom. I have developed a classroom management plan to help create order in my classroom as well as allow me to address different learning styles and accomplish activities efficiently. I have gained a database of helpful resources such as online scholarly journals, useful texts and interactive website that I can use personally as well as incorporate with my students and their families. I have developed unit plans and lesson plans and reflected on their effectiveness within the classroom. I have learned a lot regarding students with special needs and how to follow an IEP, which will be crucial in my future classroom. I cannot wait to implement what I have learned through my teaching experiences thus far into my own classroom.
